Have you ever seen two little children fight? The concept of bitterness evades them. Though their anger can flash as hot as any adult's anger, they are quick to let go, forgive and press on. Moments later, it can be as if nothing happened.

We need to fixate on anger less and love more. As we age, we learn to marinate in our anger. The longer we soak in our anger, the deeper the bitter poisons seep in. We need to give into the inner child instinct that lets anger and hurt go. Jesus tells us, "Unless you are converted and become as little children..." (Matt. 18:3).
